극지연구소에서는 매년 극지과학 분야의 협력 강화와 국제 공동연구 발굴을 위해 국제 극지과학 심포지엄을 개최하고 있습니다.

제27차 심포지엄은 2022년 9월 20~21일 양일간 “한국 북극연구 20년: 미래 준비를 위한 회고”라는 주제로 개최되며,

한국 북극연구의 연구성과를 공유하고 현재 북극연구의 경향과 앞으로 나아가야할 방향에 대하여 논의하고자 합니다.

이와 관련하여, 심포지엄 행사 참가 등록을 시작하였으며, 초록접수도 함께 진행하고 있으니, 회원분들의 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.
